THE ROLE
Reporting to the Executive Support & Facilities Manager, you will provide professional executive support to the CEO. Yours responsibilities will include:

• Preparing presentations and documentations in Lowell format.
• Organising and taking minutes of meetings for the CEO, including weekly Executive and Lowell Board meetings.
• Completing any ad hoc assignments or research as required by the CEO or Chairman.
• Assisting the CEO with company projects to ensure that all tasks are being completed within timelines.
• Ensuring all Board actions are completed following meetings.
• Ensuring all filing is up to date and HR filing is completed for performance reviews and one-to-ones.
• Taking confidential minutes for CEO and direct reports, and ensuring that actions are followed up and completed on time.
• Compiling travel packs for external meetings.
• Assisting the Exec Support team with any other duties as and when required.
• Carrying out extensive diary and e-mail management.

THE PERSON
You will be well educated with strong experience in a Senior PA role, preferably having previously operated under a CEO. As a result, you will have excellent planning, prioritising and secretarial skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discretely.

You will be a confident professional with excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and have a methodical and logical approach to your work, enabling you to manage conflicting deadlines on your own initiative or as part of a team. In addition, you will be able to work flexible hours and have a good understanding of MS Office applications.
