Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO
£28k to £30k dependent on experience + Benefits

Reporting to the Executive Support & Facilities Manager, you will provide professional executive support to the CEO. Yours responsibilities will include:
Preparing presentations and documentations in Lowell format.
Organising and taking minutes of meetings for the CEO, including weekly Executive and Lowell Board meetings.
Completing any ad hoc assignments or research as required by the CEO or Chairman.
Assisting the CEO with company projects to ensure that all tasks are being completed within timelines.
Ensuring all Board actions are completed following meetings.
Ensuring all filing is up to date and HR filing is completed for performance reviews and one-to-ones.
Taking confidential minutes for CEO and direct reports, and ensuring that actions are followed up and completed on time.
Compiling travel packs for external meetings.
Assisting the Exec Support team with any other duties as and when required.
Carrying out extensive diary and e-mail management.
You will be well educated with strong experience in a Senior PA role, preferably having previously operated under a CEO. As a result, you will have excellent planning, prioritising and secretarial skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discretely.
You will be a confident professional with excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and have a methodical and logical approach to your work, enabling you to manage conflicting deadlines on your own initiative or as part of a team. In addition, you will be able to work flexible hours and have a good understanding of MS Office applications.
